My favorite restaurant is “Ikkaku”.
“Ikkaku” is “Honetsuki Dori specialty store”.
“Honetsuki Dori” means a bird with the
bone. “Honetsuki Dori” is specialty dish of Kagawa.
When I went to “Ikkaku”, my parents said
“Honetsuki Dori is a little bit spicy but, it fits alcohol. It is very
delicious”. If I am 20 years old, I want to eat “Honetsuki Dori” with alcohol.
My favorite way to eat is to eat with
cabbage. It is very delicious because Cabbage sucks bird oil. This shop is also
in Umeda. Although I have been there several times, the taste has not changed
much.
